I stopped in during lunch and, the line was moving slower than I would’ve liked. But the staff were genuinely nice, and the person making my bowl was patient when I changed my mind halfway through. I was a little annoyed the tables could’ve used a quick wipe, so I can’t quite give it 5 stars. Still, the service was friendly enough that I’d go back

We got Bibibop catering for a work lunch, the food was good. Most people enjoyed the bowls, especially the sauces. That said, the delivery showed up about 15 minutes late, and a few labels were missing, so figuring out what was what got confusing quickly. The portions were mostly okay, though a couple trays seemed a little smaller than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. I’d consider ordering again, but I’d definitely double check the details ahead of time.

"Good food, just a little slow"
I’m a fan of Bibibop and the food tasted really fresh, which I always appreciate. The only downside was the service was slower than I expected. There wasn’t even a big line or anything, it just kind of felt like my order sat there for a bit. The staff was friendly enough, just not moving super fast. I’d still go back for sure, just probably not if I’m in a hurry.

I ordered online and, i was bracing myself for something to be missing or wrong like usual, but the food actually came right. No messed-up items, no weird substitutions, just what I ordered. Kind of sad that this feels like a win, but here we are

I really love how easy it is to build my bowl exactly how I want it. I can switch up the rice, protein, sauces, and toppings depending on what I’m craving, which keeps it fun every time. Everything always tastes super fresh, and it totally hits the spot!

"Pickup Was Weirdly Frustrating"
I ordered pickup thinking it would be quick, but I ended up standing around for like 20 minutes after the pickup time. The annoying part was my bag was just sitting behind the counter the whole time and nobody called my name. I was irritated at first... but to be fair, the food itself was fine. Still, the pickup setup could definitely be better

"Always a solid lunch choice"
I order from Bibibop often, and for the most part, it always feels worth it. The bowls are fresh, filling, and reasonably priced compared to a lot of other quick lunch spots. I can usually grab one for lunch and stay full for hours, which I really appreciate. Nothing major to complain about, though every once in a while the portions can vary a bit depending on the day. Still, it’s one of my go-to places

I do appreciate that Bibibop has gluten-free choices, but the menu still feels limited. I asked a basic question about the sauces and felt like it got brushed off, which was frustrating because that’s kind of important when you’re trying to avoid gluten. The staff didn’t seem totally sure, so I ended up feeling nervous the whole time I was ordering. The food itself was okay, but the experience wasn’t as easy or reassuring as I hoped. Not terrible, just not great for me.

"Decent, but a little bland"
I don’t know why, but the food just tasted kinda bland this time. The rice and chicken were fine, and the sauces definitely helped a bit. It wasn’t bad or anything, just not as tasty as I was hoping.

"The Sauces Keep Me Coming Back"
I mostly order from bibibop because, the sauces are consistently great. The yum yum and spicy sriracha are my go-to choices, they taste fresh and aren’t overly sweet like some sauces can be. They really elevate the bowls and make the whole meal more enjoyable. So far, I haven’t had a bad sauce from there, which is impressive.

"Heads up: rewards are quick, but bonus days are limited"
Just a quick warning for anyone thinking about using this: earning points here is easy, and the rewards actually show up fast, which I really appreciate. But don’t expect a ton of bonus days. I wish they offered those more often because that’s where it would feel a lot more worthwhile.

I appreciated how easy it was to find gluten-free choices here, which made ordering stress-free. That said, I do wish the sauces were labeled a bit more clearly because I still had to ask a few questions to be sure. Overall, a solid experience, just a small thing that could be improved.

"Clean spot for a quick lunch"
I stopped by bibibop for lunch and, umm, overall it was a clean place. The tables were wiped down, the floor looked fine, and the food area didn’t look messy even though it seemed like they’d been busy. The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars is because the trash area was a little full when I was there. Not a huge deal though — I’d definitely go back.

"Good food, but the wait was annoying"
My online order was showing the wrong pickup time, which was frustrating because I hate standing around waiting when I’m already hungry. I sent a message through bibibop.com, and thankfully customer service got back to me quickly. They were really nice about it and fixed the issue without making it a whole hassle. The food was good too, but the way they handled the problem made a big difference. I’d order again, I just hope the pickup time is right next time.
